This page explains what we collect when you buy from us, why, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, delivery address, phone number and email, plus what you ordered. We need these to deliver and to call you before dispatch.
- Account details — if you create an account, your email and password (stored encrypted) and your saved addresses.
- Newsletter — your email address, only if you enter it yourself.
- Technical data — standard web server logs and cookies needed to keep your cart and session working.
What we do not collect
We do not take card or bank details on this site. All orders are cash on delivery, so there is no payment data for us to store.
Why we use it
- To take, confirm and deliver your order
- To handle returns, exchanges and questions about an order
- To send you the newsletter, if you asked for it
- To keep the site secure and working
Who we share it with
Only the courier delivering your parcel, and only the details needed to deliver it — name, address, phone number. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and warranty purposes. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from the bottom of any email we send.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the shop to work — keeping items in your cart and keeping you logged in. Any non-essential cookies are only set if you agree to them in the banner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it. Deleting your data may mean we can no longer service a past order.
