These terms cover buying from nafeesmedwear.com. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are
Nafees Medwear sells medical apparel direct to customers in Pakistan. You can reach us at [email protected] or through our contact page.
Orders
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract once we confirm it — normally on the confirmation call we make before dispatch. We can decline an order if an item is out of stock, if a price has been listed in error, or if we cannot verify the delivery address.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (₨) and include any applicable tax.
- Payment is cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
- Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm.
- If a price is obviously wrong, we will tell you before dispatch rather than hold you to it.
Sizes and colours
Measurements are given as a guide and a small variation between batches is normal in garment manufacturing. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the fabric depending on your display. Neither is treated as a fault — but both are covered by our returns policy if you are not happy.
Delivery
Delivery times on our shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
Returns
Your right to return or exchange is set out in full on the returns and exchanges page, which forms part of these terms.
Bulk and institutional orders
Bulk orders may be subject to a separate written quotation, including lead time, size split and any embroidery. Where a quotation exists, it takes precedence over these terms for that order.
Our liability
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Pakistani law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
