We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. Orders are confirmed by phone before dispatch, and you pay the courier in cash when the parcel reaches you.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery anywhere in Pakistan — ₨ 250
- Orders over ₨ 5,000 — free
- Bulk orders of ten coats or more — delivery included
How long it takes
Single coats and small orders ship within 1–2 working days and normally reach you in 3 to 5 working days. Bulk orders of ten coats or more take 5 to 7 working days, because sizes are picked and checked before packing.
Working days are Monday to Saturday. Public holidays are not counted.
Before we dispatch
Because orders are cash on delivery, our team calls you once to confirm the order, the sizes and the delivery address. If we cannot reach you after two attempts across two days, the order is held rather than cancelled — call or email us any time and we will release it.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by SMS or email the day your parcel leaves us. You can also see the status of every order under My Account.
If something goes wrong
If the parcel is visibly damaged when the courier hands it over, refuse it and tell us the same day. If it arrives damaged inside, keep the packaging and email [email protected] with photographs within 48 hours.
Where we deliver
Pakistan only, for now. If you need coats shipped outside Pakistan, get in touch and we will quote for it case by case.
